Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in?
And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard?
And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?
And how can they preach unless they are sent?
Romans 10:13-15

Part-ner (pahrt-ner), noun; a person who shares or is associated with another in some action or endeavor; sharer; associate.

We all need “sharers” in life and in work. It is how God designed us, to live and work in community with others. How much more so in Kingdom work.
Helping fellow workers develop teams of partners for their work is a new area of ministry for me (Lynn).  I am not an expert, just a 30+ year practitioner. TK and I count it a wonderful privilege to be sent by a team of partners.  So, last week I flew to MUP headquarters in Dallas. It was a whirlwind two days, helping train seven new Mission to Unreached Peoples candidates in Ministry Partner Development.  They each need to discover a team of people who will pray, give and help in many other ways (we thought of nearly 20 ways partners could help) so that they can be effective in what God has called them to do. I am making myself available to coach MUP people in this area. Pray for wisdom for me in this coaching and wisdom for us as an organization as we seek to strengthen this area of our training.
It has been a long time since I had my initial training, so a flurry of reading, Bible study, internet research and phone interviews preceded my trip. I’ve learned much and been reminded once again of how good it is to be in partnership through which God provides all I need. I wouldn’t change it.
